Upon check in, the person was fine and straight forward.

I wasn't expecting a bubble bath, but after a long day, I appreciated the hotel. I'm not accustomed to freeway noise in home area, so the night noises were different, but I slept well, enjoyed the warm-hot shower and went on my way the next day. Although there's no dining room on the premises, I could walk to Pt. Richmond and eat there. ...read more

Very comfortable and clean--well maintained.
Could have used a second sink in the mornings.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
I found the rooms stank of cigarette smoke and in poor repair.

Towels had yellow stains on them, the beds slumped in the centers and walls looked like they hadn't been painted in years. Of the six different rooms previewed, five of them were in similar degrees of condition as well as having the security locks broken (hence the search for a room in fair condition). I got the impression rooms were rented by the hour rather than the night. But the staff was great. ...read more

This was a horrible hotel. The sheets and towels were dirty and dingy. One of the lights, the remote control did not work. They wanted to charge and extra $15 for a room with 2 queens instead of a king because we booked with Priceline. She mentioned Priceline over and over again during the registration although it was hard to hear because there was about 100 people having a party in the small kitchen room attached to the lobby. Loud music and much chaos. It was simiply horrible all around. ...read more

Location.
Staff was not friendly, old beds with sharp pieces of hardware dangerously sticking out the path of the beds, not enough towels for 4 people, smelly rooms.

Knight staff didn't know how to give directions within the city. If you ask for a non smoking room you don't get one unless arguing with clerk. For a 4 guest room not enough towels. Cleaning crew knocks at your door since 8:30 AM then at 9:00 by the 3rd time I told the lady to buzz of even that check out time is at 11AM. ...read more

There was nothing to recommend this place. It was deplorable.
It was dirty. The door would not lock. The inside walls were stained. This non smoking room stunk of smoke.

It was dirty with stained on walls in the room. The dead bolt would not line up with the hole so you could not lock the door. The non smoking room stunk of smoke. Young men were barbecuing on the grass outside their rooms using the bottom part of metal chairs. The receptionist was in no way helpful. ...read more

Reasonably clean.
Poor service. Didn't answer phone. Sent me to an occupied room! Lousy breakfast.

Poor service. Didn't answer phone, took 3 calls to get through and they sent me to an occupied room. The key worked and I walked in on somebody! Lousy breakfast had to drive through some scary areas to get to location. ...read more

Old and dirty carpet, old blankets which feels rough, needs changing, door has a big gap from the floor that cold air could blow in.

this hotel was rated as a 2 star but in my opinion it is more of a one star hotel. It is located in an industrial area which could be noisy at night, the carpet is old and dirty, wall papers are peeling off, blankets and bedsheets need changing. The whole room needs renovation. The door has a big gap from the floor that we have to stick paper in between to prevent cold air from coming in. It is not in a good location. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One good thing about it is that the staff were helpful but most of the time there is only one person available at the front desk. ...read more

The general manager.
The wireless did not work, the main light socket was out, and the room is due for a remodel.

I understand that remodeling cost a lot of money however, my experience with Days Inn hotels is that they frequently look like cheap motels on the bad side of town.

Nothing.
Everything, location, comfort, cleanliness, customer service.

We actually ended up staying at another hotel even though we had paid for this hotel for 2 nights. We did not feel safe, and the room was dirty, we were concerned about bugs.
